Hello and welcome to the 2010 Colorado State University Triathlon Team. Coaching benefits when you join the CSU TRIATHLON TEAM When you sign up/pay for the CSU Tri Team I will send you a link and you will receive an email to join my training peaks training log account. you will have 72 hours to join otherwise I have to send you another email. (Thank you to those who have already linked on and paid). I will upload your training plan onto a calender within training peaks and make modifications based on your current fitness level and weather you are training for the Sprint or Olympic distance races. The plan was created in November and has been building since then. You will receive daily emails from training peaks about your training for that day. You can also log onto your account and update your training log. During the course of the semester you can email me with questions or concerns about your plan. I will be on deck coaching Monday and Wednesday night from 7-8:15 at South College Gym (I may miss now and then/see my schedule below). I will provide the workout and make modifications based on who shows up and how much technique I feel I want to teach that night. The pool will be crowded so you can always look ahead at the swim practice to do on your own.
