This post is for all of those on the team who fit into the middling sort of running category and possibly those like me who are vastly underprepared running-wise for Havasu. I'm thinking of starting morning runs three days a week (monday, wednesday, and friday) around 9 or so. They'll probably be pretty short and laid back at first (say 3-4 miles at 8 - 8:30 pace?) hopefully working up to more in the next month, and I would love some company!
Let me know if anyone is interested and wants to come with or is interested and has a different time they'd like to go. :)
