Different content types on this website.

This is meant to be a guide to help Officers, Members, and Coaches use the website as effectively as possible.

Forum: Anyone can post anything that they want to discuss in a forum and new topics will show up on the front page of the website, and in the content tracker at the top of every page. The forum is not for important information that everyone should see or for informational articles that can can be used from year to year.

Handbook page: (Used for informational articles that can be used from year to year.) This is for articles about club structure, how-to information, and informational articles that relate to the Tri Team purpose.

Calendar: Regisistered site users can post events including meetings, workouts, club functions, alternative workouts, and races that Tri Team members may be interested in.

Announcements: should always be made as an announcement content type which officers have access to on a menu on the right side of their screens under create content and not in the forum.

Front page image: Officers can add the main picture to the front page of the website, Usually this is a team picture used to help attract new members based on the image of the team.

All new posts on the website except for workouts appear on the content tracker which can be accessed by clicking the link at the top of the page that says content tracker.
